GTS Range Features
The Tucker GTS BBQ is the latest innovation from Tucker BBQs, crafted for the discerning BBQ enthusiast and the high demands of commercial kitchens with its premium 443 grade stainless steel exterior and comes with a stainless plate and grill as standard.
The GTS range uses high quality 304 grade stainless burners. These stainless steel burners have replaced the heavy cast iron gas guzzlers of old and are powerful yet efficient burners using 20% less gas than our previous models. The gas valves chosen for the GTS range are tried and tested for harsh conditions.
Solid alloy ergonomic control knobs make it simple to operate and coupled with our solid zinc plated steel manifold will give you years of trouble-free cooking. Individual piezo ignitions have been fitted directly next to each burner to guarantee lighting every time, even in wind or rain.
It comes with a solid stainless steel cassette style grease tray that requires no fat absorbent or sand to soak up fat and can be rinsed out in the sink to clean with no fuss after each barbecue.
The GTS is designed with flare guards that allow the juices to flow through them creating the perfect char-grill. It also serves to protect you from any potentially dangerous flare-ups, which you can subdue by simply turning the burners off.
The GTS roasting hood has inbuilt easy-to-read temperature gauge for accurate cooking times and a rear cooking shelf allows for extra capacity. A roasting rack and baking pan are also included so you have everything you will need to make delicious roast meals.
Our 5 Burner GTS BBQ can be purchased as a built-in model to be fitted into non-combustible substrates such as brickwork or similar materials, by suspending it on either side of the framework. The GTS Zero Clearance Jacket is also available if you plan to install it into combustible materials.
You can also purchase the GTS BBQ on a trolley as a freestanding unit.
Two stainless steel doors and two stainless steel folding side shelves complete the unit. Four stainless steel castors make the trolley easy to move without the need to lift the barbecue. A gas cylinder can be stored inside the cabinet.
All Tucker barbecues are fully tested and approved to Australian standards and are able to be used on either natural or propane gas.
Unlike other manufacturers, if you select Natural Gas, we will supply your unit already converted to Natural Gas ready for plug and play (Most just send a Natural Gas Kit which requires an authorised person to change over the jets).
