Tucker Barbecues Customer Support

Tucker Australia offer full product support on all of our Tucker Barbecues, outdoor furniture, heating, and umbrellas. This includes expert advice on which product will best suit your needs, how to care for your product so it performs at its best for as long as possible and what options are available for repairs or replacements when things go wrong.

We have a team of dedicated service people available Monday to Friday along with our sales team on the weekends. Our small design team can custom make orders for some projects and we have the facility to custom make furniture and outdoor kitchens if required.

We offer spare parts and service on our Tucker barbecues but can also supply parts and service for most other makes of barbecues. And we have a sheet metal shop at our Mona Vale outlet where we can repair barbecues, make lids, drip trays and parts for most barbecues .

We also have our own delivery trucks and utes, along with experienced technicians, delivery and assembly people so we can offer a service at your home (In the Sydney Region) if required.
