SSS is their original, go to Rub An all purpose rub that would give all the flavours of Low and Slow BBQ to the everyday cook. Without a smoker! The Smoky flavour comes from the Smoked Paprika and Hickory Smoke Powder.
The Spicy is a mixture of Tasmanian Mountain Pepper, Chipotle and a blend of Ground Peppercorns. The Sweetness comes from signature sweetener; Coconut Sugar. Its low melting point and high burn point, allow it to caramelise quickly and lock in the moisture, whilst also adding flavour and being low GI and sustainable.
Use this rub on everything; Meat, Vegies, Tacos, Spag Bol and anything else you can imagine. If we don’t use it when cooking, the kids put it on their food at the table. handcrafted fusion of the world’s best spices, SSS blend leaves you wanting more.
Method
Liberally sprinkle SSS over your meat. Massage the rub into the meat and ideally leave for a few hours or overnight so the flavour can penetrate.
Drizzle with oil before cooking.
