High-heat sear your favourite foods up to 700°F, or use low-and-slow smoking methods to cook for up to 18 hours at 225°F. GravityFed™ charcoal system with DigitalFan™ control which ensures accurate temperatures up to 370°C

Additionally, the Gravity Series 600 grill and smoker is accessory-ready and compatible with the Masterbuilt Pizza Oven or Gravity Series Rotisserie.
