The wood fired Tucker Sicilian Pizza Oven is a fantastic addition to an entertaining area. The 5mm mild steel front and stainless steel construction means it's tough and durable to produce pizzas all year round. The Sicilian is insulated with internal ceramic wool to ensure high efficiency and safe heat management for inbuilt applications. The firebox and oven are sitting on a high strength durable full stainless steel cabinet, perfect for wood storage. The stainless steel Finish on the ergonomic handles and facias provide you with a timeless look, and one that will suit any backyard alfresco design.

The Sicilian features a separated fully brick lined firebox and oven for ultimate control and cooking. The Firebox door features a built in slide air control for precision temperature management and heat control.

The oven features a Large Kiln shelf for Pizza cooking and a Full Stainless removable cooking rack, this allows you to roast large cuts of meat and gives you the flexibility to use this as a wood fire convection oven and Direct cooking for that genuine wood fire taste. the oven door features a glass window so you can monitor your pizzas and features a Temperature gauge so you can monitor your temperature.

The Flue system can be customised to suit any installation style.

The Sicilian can be fully insulated making it zero clearance, meaning you can build your pizza oven into any Tucker Outdoor Kitchen. (Optional insulation blanket needed & rear wall behind the pizza oven must be non-combustible).

We also offer door customisation to help suit any alfresco design - the standard setup is Stainless Steel doors which is great for a freestanding unit, or you can customise any colour glass door or one of our stone doors in our range of porcelain.

Note: Sicilian Pizza Oven comes with handles only! Side shelves are sold as an option.
