Alpha Blokes ABC Pitmaster Rub

Lane's x Alpha Blokes ABC Blend All Purpose Jalapeno Pitmaster BBQ Rub

A steak sandwich, a rack of ribs and a bowl of hot chips all have something in common. They’re better with a little jalapeño. Lane’s BBQ and Alpha Blokes teamed up to create ABC Blend, an all-purpose rub that pairs savoury seasoning with a lively chilli kick.

For a quick cook-up, dust both sides of a steak with the rub, sear it on the barbie and slice it into a crusty roll with grilled onions. It’s just as handy for a low-and-slow weekend. Rub it over a pork shoulder before it goes into the smoker, then pile the pulled pork onto soft buns with crunchy slaw.

Keep the shaker handy for the sides, too. Toss a pinch through corn kernels sizzling in a buttery skillet, or stir some into mayo for a jalapeño dip to go with your chips.
