Tucker Publishing Workflow is a private content-planning tool for the Tucker Barbecues team. It helps us turn selected finished videos, images and approved knowledge into written drafts, review content and plan an internal publishing calendar.

Why we connect to Google

With the account holder’s consent, the workflow uses Google Drive to find and check business media and reference material. It reads and updates our designated publishing Google Sheet to keep drafts, human edits, review decisions and calendar records together.

It also reads the designated Knowledge Curator Staff sheet. Only released, customer-safe Tucker answers can enter the publishing source library.

The read-only Drive permission can cover all files visible to the authorised account, including nested folders. The media worker applies a narrower restriction to the configured finished-media folders. Publishing workbook updates and Curator reads are limited to their configured workbooks.

Drafting with human review

Authorised source-analysis and writing runs can send selected finished media, extracted source text and brand guidance to Google Gemini through our managed Modal connection. We require active billing on the Gemini API key’s project for writing that uses Google-derived information. Our application privacy notice explains the information involved, provider processing, retention and removal requests.

The dashboard is a local, single-user editor. Once activated, the private cloud worker checks the approved finished-media folders hourly, catalogues existing files without generation and queues stable future uploads for unapproved drafts. It can continue with the browser and workstation closed. Ongoing work uses the agreed monthly allowance, with no automatic credit purchase. Its private cloud queue and receipts support recovery without blindly repeating uncertain requests. People review the saved content and its proposed time; a generated draft is not approval to publish. This version does not publish posts or schedule them on social platforms.
