Due to new COVID-19 restrictions we have sadly had to close our store to the general public.

 

Although! We are OPEN at all our stores for our click and collect customers!

So feel free to continue shopping online, over the phone or on our chat system and use Click and Collect or our Delivery to get your goods quickly and safely!

HOW TO ORDER WITH CLICK & COLLECT

To utilise our new Click and Collect system all you have to do is follow these simple steps!:

- Shop online as you normally would

- Add your products to the cart

- View your Cart and continue to through the checkout

- Under 'Delivery Method' select 'Pick Up'

- Now simply pick the closest Tucker BBQs to you!

- Your done! Just continue through to payment as you normally would!

 

If you come across any difficulty do not hesitate in calling our Silverwater store as we can help you through every step of the way. If the pickup option does not show the closest store of your choice, Taren Point, Mona Vale or Silverwater, please specify in the order notes at checkout which store is most convenient for you.

THE CLICK & COLLECT ORDER PROCESS

Once you have created your order and made your payment we start the order process!

If your order is in stock at your selected store our staff will give you a call or send an email letting you know your order is ready to be collected either same day or next day!

If your order is in stock at one of our other store locations we will promptly transfer your order to your selected store! Keep in mind this process typically will take 2-5 days depend on our delivery routes at the time of purchasing.

 

Otherwise if your products are not in stock you can expect a call from one of our staff who will inform you of the delay and ask whether you would like to cancel the order or if you are happy to collect when the products come available.

Please wait to hear from us via phone call or email notifying you about your order being ready to collect prior to coming to the store.

 

Once you have arrived to our store please call the store staff and notify them of your arrival, and what you are planning on collecting.

We will then place the product in a COVID SAFE spot to collect and will instruct you to collect the product thus ensuring a COVID SAFE collection.

 

If you made your final payment over the phone we will need to take a photocopy of your licence prior to you taking the product away from the store.
